About us
Established in 1983, Mundicenter is part of Alves Ribeiro Group, which operates in the building management and promotion industry, covering four main areas: Shopping Centres, Offices, Consultancy, and Servicing and Maintenance.
Mundicenter was responsible for launching the first large shopping centre in Portugal in 1985, the Amoreiras Shopping Centre. Mundicenter also owns and manages 9 shopping centres, in a total Gross Leasable Area of 217.500 sq m.
The Group’s shopping centres are visited by about 62 million visitors each year.
